The Bad News:
I knocked some canned goods into the space between the washing machine and the wall, and here is what I discovered when I went to pick them up... See how they are sitting in a little pool - nay, a LAKE - of SOMETHING? I picked up a sticky can and very cautiously sniffed.... I was sickened to find that the smell was my favorite kind of TIDE! You know, the kind that I only buy in REALLY BIG CONTAINERS! That's right, this is what ONE GALLON of Tide would look like if you poured it out on the floor of your laundry room (and then threw in some cans for good measure). I know you were wondering. See? Now you don't have to try it yourself! You're welcome.Apparently one of the containers had sprung a leak (probably when I first put it on top of the dryer... a couple MONTHS ago, when I bought it!) and slowly drained down the back and onto the floor, eventually puddling into this lovely lake.
The Good News:
Oh wait - there's more good news. My kitchen is now ENTIRELY sparkling clean from top to bottom (even around the washing machine) and completely reorganized, thanks to 48 hours of hard work and an amazing and wonderful husband.
The Ugly:
I just repeated the SAME EPISODE with a gallon of vegetable oil THE DAY BEFORE! GAH!
My kitchen hates me.
5 sweet nothings:
Ha ha!! Krista, you crack me up!
Oh Krista i still think you need to start making your own book!
YOU CRACK ME UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So where exactly did you pick up this new word you keep using? 'GAH'! to be exact. I like it. :)
i must be starving, but that cake looks like the most delicious thing i've ever seen.
