Also I've been stubbornly STILL using my useless oven even though its replacement is nearly a week overdue. I can't help myself. Sticky baked goods make me feel a little bit better about myself. Somehow.
Here is what we had for dinner last night.
Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Rolls.... with chocolate chips inside! Two words: YUMMMM-MMMMM. I promise they are a lot more appetizing-looking in real life than the picture implies. My photography skills are even worse than my cooking skills. Anyway, if you want I can get you the recipe.Oh, I totally forgot about the parade. Since it's St. Patrick's Day, I should post pictures from the parade that was held NOT on St. Patrick's Day at the Rio. Unfortunately because of piano I missed the family outing that I planned for them. It was cold, but Travis took the kiddos out anyway and even came home with pictures!
Wow, I even discovered a video he took of these guys dancing! Whoa. That was very... un-Irish.
Later Trav told me to ask Kate whether she had fun, and she said she did, but then he said that during the parade she assured him that she did not. Apparently she just wanted to go home.
All you Lundell Fans please do not give up on us! I have some awesome things in store if I ever getting around to it, including some excellent stories. Loads of fun soon to come.

That's so funny to have the Latin-American dancers part of the St Patricks Day parade that wasn't on St P's day.....Hmmm!
What?!?! There was a St. Patrick's Day parade and I didn't know about it!! When was it?!? That's nice that Travis took the girls to it! It was fun to hang out with you guys today and celebrate St. Paddy's Day together (even if it was for such a short time:)! Looking forward to hearing about all your excellent stories!!!
Okay, #1. Yes, I want the recipe. #2. I have faith in you and your blogging. Give it time - it will come. At least that is what I keep telling myself about my blog. :)
