"Look, Mom... Pretty Paint!"

That is what Kate said to me when I came in after my run this morning. She was pointing to her toes. I looked, and lo and behold, the conniving little princess actually convinced her daddy to paint her toenails. Four years of marriage and I haven't gotten that boy near the stuff, but along comes a sweet little doe-eyed two-year-old, and he whips out the nail polish like an old pro. (Well, almost.)
(I just had to laugh because this is obviously the first time he's ever used nail polish.)

That is so funny! Once my hubs painted my toenails when I was 9 months pregnant...I couldn't reach. It was his first experience with nail polish and my toes were painted together! Happy memory!

Ryan and I couldn't see any problems with the polish job, so we enlarged the picture. All at once both of us were laughing so hard. Hilarious! Isn't it amazing how little girls can wrap their dads around their fingers and can get dads to do anything? Way to go, Trav!
