Incredible, right?
Oh, I mostly meant the fact that Troy is already ONE YEAR OLD, but HE is incredible himself as well. It is also pretty incredible that I MADE this entire perfect little human being with my own body!
Well, Travis helped.
A little.
But I pretty much did all the cell growth and the EATING all on my own.
Anyway. Right, this is not about me.
It's about sweet baby Troy and his FIRST birthday!
My top 10 favorite things about Troy:
1. He is so calm and chill all the time. It really takes a lot to make him even a little bit upset, and that usually involves withholding food.
2. He has these big brown eyes that have a way of capturing your attention and just make me melt. When coupled with that darling toothy smile, even the grouchiest person couldn't help but smile back.
3. He loves to be in on all the action. He can get so excited and shriek-y for no reason at all except to watch the reaction he gets from everyone around him. I love the all bouncing giggling.
4. His creative mode of transportation. Crawling on all fours is so passe. Sitting upright and scooting along with your hands? Much more ingenuous, as it allows him to constantly see what is going on without craning his neck. Brilliant.
5. His love of food. FINALLY I have someone in the family to share this with. You'd think out of five people there would be more of us who like food. I look forward to sharing many, many delicious gourmet meals with my pal Troy.
6. The way he reaches for me when someone else is holding him and he sees me. That's right, I am and always will be my son's very favorite person. I hope my prospective future daughters-in-law are all reading this.
7. How he giggles infectiously whenever I tickle him. I love a good ticklish baby.
8. The way he worships the ground his sisters walk on, and how they worship him back. I think he is definitely the current family favorite.
9. The way he gives "kisses" with his mouth wide open. We'll work on that one before he hits his teens.
10. The way he lets me cuddle him anytime I want to, as long as I want.

That's right! Troy had a birthday!! I didn't call because I, um... well... I forgot. Sorry. But I do love that sweet little boy. Looks like he had a great birthday!
What a cutie!!!! He has grown soooo quick.
I can vouch for his incredible cuteness. And THANK GOODNESS for someone who loves to eat!]

In regards to #6 I quote one of my favorite lines from "Friends." As Monica holds her new little boy for the first time she looks deeply into his eyes and says "I'm gonna love you so much, no woman will ever be good enough for you." LOL...love you Krista!
He is so adorable! Can't wait to have 2 babies!
hi Krista! I found your blog through Erika's, and your children are ADORABLE! I can't believe how old they are and that you already have a kindergartner. You look so happy!
