Callie also brought - get ready for it - CHOCOLATE-COVERED CINNAMON BEARS which Becky brought her from Utah! I almost died. I have been wanting those for months and even have "cinnamon bears" on my permanent shopping list so I can remember to look for them wherever I go and then dip them in chocolate myself. (Callie says you can find them at the Amish market.) Travis caught us all eating them. Simultaneously.
It was military night so we got these free Wizards hats which Carl is modeling. Before the game, there were military people with a pull-up bar outside our portal, taking on challengers. The boys just couldn't resist impressing their enraptured wives.

They both did seven. Which is pretty impressive because one time in high school I worked for a whole semester to reach my pull-up goal, which was to do two. I thought two was pretty good, for me. Travis was disappointed though because he did nine earlier that morning.
Anyway, we spent a large portion of the game staring at the cheerleaders...
Yes all of us. We couldn't help it... they were RIGHT in front of us! We each picked out a favorite. (Carl & Travis picked the same one.)

And I couldn't help sharing this one, which was me trying to take a self-portrait of myself while we were driving. It is funny that my eyes are closed because (a) there is only ONE person in the picture, and (b) the subject in the picture with eyes closed was also the one TAKING THE PICTURE. Yep, my photog skills have reached new heights.
ANYway it was a fun night and THANKS Brewers for hooking us up and making us get out of the house! (And thanks to Travis for the hot date!)

I remember Trav was a rock star with the pull up at SFHS! Things haven't changed much! :)
