I can send Travis to Giant for ice cream & a movie and when he asks what he should get, I can say, "Oh whatever... you know what I like." And he does.
So last night for our "date night" in, we watched Leatherheads, which was fantastic. I don't think it got very excellent reviews, but we loved it. It was exactly our sense of humor. *A win for Travis.
And we ate Moose Track ice cream. Light, of course. *Another win for Travis.That boy really is my soul mate.
And when Kate heard us watching a movie and called from her bed, "Daaaadddddyyy!!! I need to watch the movie!" naturally we couldn't resist. She spent a good 15 minutes perched on the couch with us, licking a little ice cream cone and laughing at all the parts that we laughed at.
I think we polished off at least half of the carton of ice cream last night.

Awww, how sweet! Mike does pretty well too (when he wants to! :) We saw that movie last weekend and I loved it, although Mike pulled a "Mike" and fell asleep 20 minutes in! And you can't go wrong with ice cream, but Moose Tracks is pretty yummy!
Yum!! I LOVE Moose Tracks ice cream!! And Matt and I will have to watch that movie... I hadn't heard of it.
I liked that movie too! It's one of those that's great for girls & guys.
Fun times!!! Never heard of the movie. I'll look for it! Not sure what Moose Track flavor is, but it HAS to have chocolate to make it really yummy!
That is totally awesome and adorable! I'm so glad you have date nights. We have been wanting to see Leatherheads and I love, love, love ice cream. We should have doubled. Ha ha.
