Project Runway
So... I made Kate's outfit. Obviously I was pretty proud of it, so I posted like 5 pictures of it. And also it took quite a few tries to get any shots where you can see the clothes. (She is such a ham.) Mainly I am proud of my penny-pinching-ness... The entire outfit was made from my own designs (no patterns) and from clearance fabric - woo hoo! I know... it LOOKS like I made it myself, but it doesn't matter because my little girl is NOT naked and I have a couple extra cents in my pocket! Oh and I am not responsible for the shoes. She found them and put them on herself. I think I tried numerous times to give them away.

yah i agree with Laura! You should have listen to the broadcast the other night! YOU ARE GREAT!! I can not believe you MADE THAT!!!!!!!! OKay so teach me? i want to make lexi a shirt with long sleeves well i want to make a shirt that is really long so i guess its a dress... but you saw the flower costume picture I sent you? can you HELP ME?!?!?!?!
Wait, you made the skirt AND the shirt!!! Neither of them look homemade! I am seriously VERY impressed! Do you want to teach a sewing class? If you do- I am SO THERE!!!! YOu are incredible! It also helps to have a cute model that can ham it up! :) Kate, you are such a doll! Oh, and sorry about bailing on the game tonight. I know, I know- I am not a very loyal BYU fan. I have good excuses though!! :) It's 9:30 and I am on my way to bed! Aren't I such a party animal!!?!?

WOW. I'm trying to count how many talents I have right now, but nothing is coming to mind right now. Way to be extra thrifty! She looks adorable. I know this doesn't even come close to Kate's cute outfit BUT I felt pretty proud when I gave Matt's white coat a "custom fit". haha! (I'll blog about that someday hopefully in the near future)
