So I'm finally getting around to posting pictures of Tim's visit last week... two weeks ago?... Let's just say I've been very busy compulsively scrubbing my house top to bottom with a toothbrush (only 2 1/2 weeks of pregnancy left!) and leave it at that. Anyway, Travis's twin brother Tim came to stay for a week and we had a blast seeing the sights and pulling pranks on everyone who didn't know he was a twin (Tim played in Trav's soccer game in his place and no one knew!) It was great because we have seen so little of DC since we've lived here and now we finally had an excuse to go out touring! Here are a few memorable moments... (Sorry for the overload - I'm trying to summarize a full week!)
Kate LOVES her uncle Tim! She still talks about him all the time!
Family picture! Hm... almost...
(Below left) Tim and his girls! (Lexi was a good sport to come touring with us one day. She even brought her mom so Kate's mom wouldn't be bored...)
We braved the rain and walked around the Mall one evening for hours. It was BEAUTIFUL and not crowded!
Tim (an aerospace engineer) found his home away from home at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. This was also where Kate learned how to eat an ice cream cone - yes her first time! (I know - my own daughter and she'd never had an ice cream cone. Ridiculous!) We also took a picture of ourselves in infrared (like we did a year ago with Kate) - hm the twins even look the same in heat imaging!
More twins???...

Okay, more to come another time - I'm worn out.

I think it's so funny how you guys take "family" pictures with Tim! haha. (It looks like Kate wasn't screaming in protest this time.) After looking at a lot of Tim pictures, I can tell the difference between him & Travis now. 2 1/2 weeks to go!? Holy cow!
I've been waiting to see pics from Tim's trip! Cute pics! I can sympathize with the feeling of urgency to get ready for the baby, though. Good luck! Do you need anything else before she's born? Let me know!!
How fun! Thats going to be my week this week! (oh yet AGAIN!) Go kate and ice cream cones! YUMMY! I can tell tim and travis apart now that theyre next to each other... but the day we went to DC it was like having travis. I got right over that i dont know you shyness... haha!
FINALLY!!! I had almost given up on checking! LOVE all your city pictures! Looks like you showed Tim a good time while he was here. I can totally tell he and Travis apart!! :) How's Travis feel about his brother stepping in on the family photo!!?!! I can't believe that you only have 2 weeks left before baby Lundell arrives! I watched "Baby Story", and "Bringing Home Baby" this morning on TLC and totally thought of you! Can hardly wait to meet her!!
